The Tree Project – Black Saturday Memorial Tree Launch

Almost 5 years on from the tragic Black Saturday bushfires, the stunning memorial tree was unveiled to the public at Whittlesea showground on Saturday 30 November.

The tree stands at 10m high and is made up of stainless steel and bronze leaves that have been forged by blacksmiths from Australia and all across the world.

Victorian Temporary Fencing donated crowd control barriers for the event that was attended by over 2000 people. For more information on The Tree Project please visit their website.
