Terms and Conditions for Lee Brothers Fencing Group “Like to win” Competition

Conditions of entry

The entry to the “Like to win” promotion is open only to residents of Australia over the age of 18 years.

The following persons are not eligible to participate in the promotion:

a) All management, employees, contractors of the Lee Brothers Group (the “Promoter”) and the immediate family members of management, employees, contractors and other staff of the Promoter.

b) Residents outside of Australia.

Participation in the Promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.

The Promoter recognises that this promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook.

How to enter

To enter the Promotion, all eligible persons must like the Lee Brothers Fencing Group Facebook page.

Details of Prize

One (1) winner will win a $250.00 Myer voucher.

A prize will be awarded Tuesday 5th April 2016

The prize, or any unused portion of the prize, is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed as cash. The prize is not valid in conjunction with any other offer.

Duration of the Promotion

The Promotion will commence at 9:00am AEST on 18 February 2016.

The Promotion will close at midnight AEST on 31 March 2016.

Date, Time & Place of Draw

A winner will be selected at random from the entrants who “Like” the Lee Brothers Fencing Group Facebook page.

Notification of the Winner

The winner will be notified by Facebook.

The winner consents to the results of the Promotion being published publicly on Facebook where their name will be published.

Unclaimed Prize Draw

If a Prize is not claimed within 7 days after the draw, the relevant winner’s entry will be deemed invalid and the Promoter will conduct an unclaimed Prize draw the following day. Should an unclaimed Prize draw be necessary, the winners of the unclaimed Prize draw will be notified by email.

Personal Information

By entering the promotion, the entrant consents to receipt of any email regarding the promotion from the Promoter and other emails that inform the entrant of the Promoter’s other publications, products, services and events and to promote third party goods and services it may be interested in.

All entries become the property of the Promoter. The collection, use and disclosure of personal information provided in connection with this competition is governed by these Terms and Conditions.

Entrants must be willing to have their name published on the Lee Brothers Fencing Group Facebook page.
